Kanchan first started working for Automated Payment Transfer Ltd (APT), a BACS software supplier, in 2004 as a Sales and Marketing Manager. She took over the company in 2007 and has been running it successfully ever since. APT was one of the first companies to set up Direct Debit in the SME market and advises clients and liaises with all the banks for end users.

Neelorfar has been a member of local enterprise boards and vice-chair of Lambeth Chamber of Commerce.

She frequently contributes on radio and TV programmes and is a regular judge at the London Business Awards.

She is also founder of the Women in Tech working group.

He has a wealth of experience in supporting businesses achieve their growth potential as well as supporting those starting their entrepreneurial journey.

Debbie O’Connell, Senior Relationship Manager, NatWest

Debbie joined NatWest 35 years ago and has worked within Corporate and Commercial Banking for the past 20 years. She is a Senior Relationship Manager within a team of 11 at Croydon who look after around 500 businesses in the fields of construction, retail, wholesale and service industries. Debbie’s role is to be a proactive business partner with these companies.

Saffron Saunders, Centre Manager, Sussex Innovation Centre

Saffron spent the first part of her career in the dental sector working as a clinician, practice manager and dental assessor, before moving into the business side in sales and then as Sales Director for a start-up. Five years ago, Saffron changed career to work around her responsibilities as a single mum. After working for Croydon Chamber, she is now responsible for the ongoing success of Sussex Innovation Centre in Croydon.

Jackie Wilding, Partner, Bryden Johnson

Jackie is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. She joined Bryden Johnson as a trainee in 1980 and was made Partner in 2003 responsible for client services. She has considerable expertise in resolving business, partnership and shareholder conflicts. She is also an Ambassador for the Croydon Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of the South Croydon Business Association.
